Magical May SHR Hair Removal Sale General T&Cs
- These promotional packages can be enjoyed by both new & existing customers who book & purchase by 30th May 2022, 9pm (extended from 16th May 2022).
- All packages can enjoy a maximum of 2 packages purchase. It can be stacked, in which the areas will be doubled. Sessions & Validity cannot be doubled.
List of Package Contract Validity for Sale Packages
Package contract validity starts from the 1st treatment, which has to be utilised within 2 months of purchase. Validity will automatically start if not done so. (Existing customers please enquire via our callcenters to check your eligible validity)
- 5 Area 5 Sessions: 6 months
- 4 (+1) Area 3 Sessions: 5 months
- 4 (+1) Area 8 Sessions: 10 months
- 4 (+1) Area 12 Sessions: 12 months
- 4 (+1) Area 18 Sessions: 18 months
For customers who purchase via our callcenters – by purchasing this promotion online, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
- Strictly no refunds.
- You will be required to provide your particulars for appointment booking (name, contact number and email)
- Please start your package within 2 months of purchase.
- “May Special additional $30 OFF” is valid for packages above $550 and payment has to be completed by 23rd May 2022, 9pm. Other discount/voucher/coupons are NOT stackable with this additional discount.
- Validity periods start from 1st session but will start automatically if no sessions was used within 2 month of purchase. We do not allow booking for more than 1 appointment per customer.
- Appointment Cancellation Policies: *FREE for cancellations up to 2 days before appointment. *$10 for cancellations a day before appointment *Forfeit of session if no-show/same day cancellation.
- Receipts will be sent via email to the customer. The customer will have to physically sign the contract and agreements when they are at the branch to hair removal treatment.
- Please inform us the payer name if it is not the same as the contract name.
- Payment will be via PayNow to our company’s UEN number. Please screenshot your transfer & keep it for reference.
